[SoC] GSoC 2018 Week 3 Status Report of "Support for WFS Format" Project

 Hi All,

Please find below the Weekly status updates of NASA-ESA WebWorldWind, Support
for WFS Format Project

In Week 3 (28th May - 3rd June)following tasks were performed

   1. Get Capability response parsing and advance test cases.
   2. Issues fixing and testing with various values
   3. Documentation of new functions.

Next week plan:

   1. GetFeature response parsing.
   2. Writing unit test cases for the same.

Currently, I am not blocked.
