[SoC] Week 5 Report : Making pgRoutingLayer plugin compatible with QGIS 3.0

Hi All,
Please find below the Weekly status updates of my project titled " Making
pgRoutingLayer plugin compatible with QGIS 3.0 and adding GUI support for
proposed functions" for week-5.
What did you get done this week:
1. API changes to pgRoutingLayer.py , Plugin is now visible in QGIS 3.0
2. API changes to function files , following functions are now available in
drop down menu:
- 'dijkstra',
- 'trsp_vertex',
- 'astar',
- 'drivingDistance',
- 'alphashape',
- 'bdDijkstra',
- 'bdAstar',
- Details and PR can be found here at [3] .
What do you plan on doing next week?
- Continue API changes on rest of the function files.
- Fix PostGIS.py and dbConnection.py .
