[SoC] Students are reminded to check their timeline against the official GSoC timeline and to set well defined deliverables

As more GSoC proposals are coming in, students are reminded to check their coding timeline against the official GSoC timeline [1]:

Evaluation periods will be:

*(1) June 11 - 15, 2018
*(2) July 9 - 13, 2018
*(3) August 6 - 14, 2018

Milestones considering these evaluations periods should be set by students in their proposals; additionally, well defined deliverables should be declared for these evaluation periods in order that mentors are able to evaluate coding progress.
