[SoC] GSoC Proposal - Geospatial data viewer in pgAdmin4 for PostGIS

Hi,

My name is Xuri Gong, undergraduate student in Peking University,
Beijing, China. I major in GIS science. This is my first time to apply
for Google Summer of Code.

My project idea is to implement a geospatial data viewer for PostGIS
