[SoC] GSoC 2018 Week 2 Status Report of "Support for WFS Format" Project

 Hi All,

Please find below the Weekly status updates of NASA-ESA WebWorldWind, Support
for WFS Format Project

In Week2 (21st May - 27th May) following tasks were performed

   1. Get Capability request (version 1.1.0 and 2.0.0) parsing.
   2. Creation of basic automatic karma test cases
   3. Issues fixing and testing with various values

Next week plan:

   1. Create advanced level tests and fix issues/defects of existing files.

Currently, I am not blocked.
