As already mentioned in the other mail, be patient, our GSoC related
webpages 2019 are prepared at the moment, will be available soon.

To get an idea about OSGeo and GSoC, you can study informations from
previous years:

as GSoC is about open source software and their communties, never ask
admins privately in emails, better ask in the mailing list that other can
learn and benefit too.
