[SoC] Request to contribute to OSGeo Projects through GSoC 2020

Greetings Community Members,
I am Chetan, student at IIT Bombay in Geoinformatics & Natural Resources
Engineering. I have undergone courses which gave me knowledge about GIS,
Geospatial databases, PostgreSQL. I have also developed an android
application for indoor navigation based on augmented reality, using Cloud
Anchors. I have knowledge of python, C++, C, and Java. I would like to
contribute to OSGeo projects through GSoC 2020. I would like to contribute
& also learn through the open source community.
