[SoC] GSoC 2020 need new Lead Admin to take over

My Name is Rahul Chauhan. I was GSoC Student 2017, 18, GCI 2018 Mentor and
GCI 2019 Admin at OSGeo(istSOS).
I would like to apply for the lead admin for GSoC 2020 please can you
