Hello All;

My name is José Olivas, i am a Spanish student doing a master degree of
Geomatic Engineering and geoinformation of the Universidad Politécnica de
Valencia (UPV). Now i am doing the proposal for "New rules for the Topology
Framework in gvSIG Desktop" on this GSoC 2020 and i hope your suggestions
and comments at finishing this.
