[SoC] GSoC 2021 Week 8: Implement 3D Scene Visualization support to MapMint

Hello everyone,


This is my report of the work done in the 8th week of the Coding Period
from July 26 – August 1.


*This week I accomplished the following:*

   - Created the UI using Cheetah template System.
   - Added a volume to the mapmint container for loading the UI.
   - Understanding the Cheetah Templating system.
   - Currently developing a service that will allow the user to load the 3D
   model to the server and visualize it.


*My plans for next week:*

Next week I am planning to:

   - I will be creating a service to load the data to the server.
   - The load 3D model will be fetched and visualize it using cesium.
   - Also, I will be doing the styling of the UI page.


*Am I blocked on anything?*

- No, I am not blocked on anything.
