[SoC] GSoC 2021 Week 10: Implement 3D Scene Visualization support to MapMint

Hello Everyone,

This is my report of the work done in the 10th week of the Coding Period
from August 9th – August 15th.


*This week I accomplished the following:*

   - Below is the demo video link for the implemented feature:

   - Added the 3-D Visualization feature to the Mapmint, Existing Dashboard.
   - Provided the Functionality to upload and visualize the 3D Data.
   - I am currently working on the documentation for the work completed.
   - Cleaned up the code and added comments in the code wherever necessary.

- No, I am not blocked on anything.
