[SoC] GSoC 2021 Week 2: Implement 3D Scene Visualization support to MapMint

Hi Community Members,

Apologies for the mistake. The message didn't get sent to the mailing list;
I have checked. I am sending the weekly report now.

I will make sure that it will not happen in the future.

Hi everyone,

This mail is the report for Week 2 from June 14 to June 20; This mail
consists of everything I have done during that period.

I have done the tasks during this period :

1. Created the simple backend for uploading the 3D data to the cesium.

2. Created a simple UI for users to interact.

3. Visualize the 3D data on the browser.

4. For integrating with MapMint, currently learning about the homemade
ZOO-Services.

5. Gone thorough documentation of the zoo-project
