[SoC] Week 5 report : Integrating ZOO-services with QGIS

Report for week 5:-
What I did:-
1. Developed two python functions for QGIS processing algorithms: affine
transform and centroids[1]
2. Descriptions for both the QGIS python functions for affine transform[2]
and centroids[3] are linked
Plan for next week:-
1. Convert the two algorithms into ZOO-services

Currently I'm not blocked on anything.
