[SoC] Student from same university

Dear Stephanie,
Reading the participation rules I understand a student cannot be related
with the mentor organisation. I'm professor at university and have a
student which is working part-time with my unit.

Can he participates in the program for its summer free time if I'm the
mentor?

Alternatively any other students not directly involved with me but from my
university can take part?
