[SoC] GSoC 2022: Week 12 Report : Adding Cesium Support within MapMint

Hello everyone,

Please find my week 12 report.

   -

   I completed the UI, cesium API integration. The following application
   can do the following:
   -

      Shows all the assets uploaded by the user.
      -

      Upload any data type to initiate the 3D tiling process. It also shows
      the tiling update to the user.


Am I blocked on anything:

   -

   No, I am not blocked on anything as of now.

Next week Plan:

   -

   Documentation and debugging/testing if any bugs arise.
