[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Week-11 Report - Improving pgr_withPointsDD

Hi everyone,

The following is my eleventh weekly report (Aug 7 - Aug 13):

*- What did I get done this week?*

   - Simplified the code under vicky's guidance:
   - Handled old and new code with just one function.
      - Removed duplicate code.

*- What do I plan on doing next week?*

   - Meeting with mentors.
   - Prepare final submission.

*- Am I blocked on anything?*

   - No.
