[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Twelfth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello everybody,

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I have completed
during the twelfth week of the coding period.

The following tasks have been accomplished[^3]:

- Added conformance links to the service
- Prevent duplicate insertion for ObservedProperties
- General bug fixes

_What did I plan to do the next week?_

- End of GSoC

_Am I blocked on anything?_

- No blockers.

Any feedback and suggestions are welcome.
