[SoC] GSoc 2023 Week-12 Report Standardizing pgr_drivingDistance

Hello everyone,

The following is my last and final  weekly report (Aug 14 - Aug 20):

*- What did I get done this week?*

  - Updated the migration queries and result
  - Updated the release notes and NEWS
  - Rebase my code with nice commit log and merged into develop-try1 for
practicing
  - Created final Pull Request to the pgrouting developm branch

*- Am I blocked on anything?*

   - No.
