[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Eighth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello everybody,

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I have completed
during the eighth week of the coding period.

The following tasks have been accomplished[^1]:

- Fixed some errors regarding path parsing
- Fixed the database schema adding the missing tables and columns
- Create environment variables to configure the database connection
- Fixed default values for the $select parameter
- Added support to json columns
- Improved error messages and status codes
- Added basic entity creation path

_What did I plan to do the next week?_

- Continue the implementation of the entity creation path
- Try to use Saail code to fill the database with some data
- Discuss next steps with the mentors

_Am I blocked on anything?_

- No blockers
