[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Week-8 Report - Improving pgr_withPointsDD

Hi everyone,

The following is my eighth weekly report (Jul 17 - Jul 23):

*- What did I get done this week?*

   - Removed the extraneous files and combined them with the old files.
   - Validated `driving side` as mentioned in [1]:
      - if directed graph then valid values `r` & `l`.
      - if directed graph then valid values `b`.
   - Adjusted pgtap tests and docqueries.
   - Made my code pass all the tests.

*- What do I plan on doing next week?*

   - Update documentation.

*- Am I blocked on anything?*

   - No.
