[SoC] GSoC 2023 - Coding Period - Fourth Week Report - Implement SensorThings API standard in istSOS

Hello everybody,

I am writing this email to provide an update on the work I have completed
during the fourth week of the coding period.

The following tasks have been accomplished:

- Continued the implementation of the $filter query option[^1], starting to
work on logical operators.
- Added some unit tests to the converter.

_What did I plan to do the next week?_

- Keep working on the implementation of the $filter query option.
- Add more unit tests to the converter.

_Am I blocked on anything?_

- Final exams that will end on 27th June.
