[SoC] Applying as a mentor in GSoC 2023

Hi Shobhit,

Thank you for expressing your interest in being a mentor for GSoC 2023. We
have sent you the invite for the same.
For tracking purposes, please fill out the Google Form [1] we sent in an
earlier mail [2].

For others,
We are still open for new mentor applications. In case you are a (past)
contributor or maintainer of an OSGeo project, Incubating project, or
community project participating in GSoC 2023, and are enthusiastic enough
to serve as a mentor - feel free to fill out the same Google Form. We
believe that having a diverse range of mentors will greatly benefit our
contributors and help make GSoC 2023 a successful event.
