[SoC] ZOO-Project GSoC 2024 idea and mentor introduction

Hi everyone,
I'm  Sandeepan a grad student at IIT Bombay, India. I Contributed to the
ZOO-Project through GSoC '22 and to ML4Sci through GSoC'23 .
This year, I'm one of the mentors for the ZOO-Project's GSoC idea
'Advancing the ZOO-Project testing capabilities', alongside Rajat and
Gerald.
