[Southeast-US] clines from Poly-QGIS help

Hi Kathi,

I just tried the g.extension on Windows, and have no problems.  Note 
that I use the grass71 binaries, which are updated daily 
(http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass71/).  You might want to try 
installing from there.
