[Southeast-US] Open source options part of GIS Day

I agree.  That's why tomorrow at our GIS Day event, our speaker will talk about how communities can produce and own their own data.  This event is open to anyone.  

We are actively teaching open source data and software.  We recently held a Mapathon where ~20 people contributed to OpenStreetMap.
