[Southeast-US] Conference reminders: US-IALE and FOSS4G NA

Hi all,

the program for US-IALE in Asheville was published and the registration is
now open. I don't know about all the presentations involving free and open
source software but I put together a list [1] of the ones related to GRASS
GIS I know about.

The FOSS4G NA early bird submission deadline is this Friday and the final
one on February 8 [1]. It is useful to note that there are various
discounts and scholarships available including 100% discount for speakers
and $100 discount for committers [3].
