[Spanish] Petición URL de imagen de un servidor WMS

Si te fijas, esa URL te devuelve una excepción:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>
<ServiceExceptionReport version="1.1.1">
<ServiceException>
Invalid BBOX value, maxy greater than or equal to miny
</ServiceException>
</ServiceExceptionReport>

Así que tendrás que mirarte el capabilities, y comprobar tu BBOX, que no está 
dentro de los límites que marca el capabilities.
