Yes, I didn't know what to say, because it was completely off-topic.   
DWG is, as you know, a big format within Autocad - which is not at  
all related to MapGuide Open Source.  Please remember that MapGuide  
Open Source is an *OSGeo* project, that has a lot of support from  
Autodesk's Geospatial group, but others as well.  But even the  
Autodesk Geospatial group is not responsible for issues such as DWG,  
so the question is aimed at the wrong people.  It is easy to mix up  
the issues.
