[Spanish] getFeatureInfo Mapserver

Yo creo que la solucion a todos tus problemas es conectarte con QGIS con
servicios WFS en vez de WMS
eso te da todas las ventajas de manipularlo como capa local, incluyendo
atributos y todo.
