Estoy probando un servicio WMS y  me gustaria que Uds. tambien lo hagan
esta es la direccion,

no me esta haciendo getfeatureinfo quizas Uds. puedan ayudarme este es el
error

Content-type: application/vnd.ogc.se_xml msReturnPage(): Unable to access
