[Spanish] añadir kml desde localhost

Copia la carpeta c:\openlayers a  C:\ms4w\Apache\htdocs de forma que cuando
escribas en el navegador http://localhost/openlayers/MisCapas/CofPol.kml el
archivo esté accesible y openlayers pueda mostrarlo.
