[Spanish] imagenes ecw

Hola

alguien me podria decir como puedo teniendo varias imagenes en formato ecw
dibujarlas en un mapa con openlayers? He creado un tileindex con el
gdaltindex, el cual inserto en mi mapfile de la siguiente manera:

LAYER
    NAME "ortofotos"
    TYPE RASTER
    DEBUG 5
    TILEINDEX "c:/ms4w/apps/prueba/datos/indice.shp"
    TILEITEM "location"
    STATUS ON
    OFFSITE 0 0 0 
    METADATA
        WMS_TITLE ortofoto
        WMS_SRS "EPSG:4326 EPSG:4258"
    END
    PROJECTION
        "init=EPSG:4258"
    END
END

Pero al intentar mostrarla en openlayer me sale en las peticiones :
"NetworkError: 500 Internal Server Error -
http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=/ms4w/apps/prueba/mapa.map&LAYERS=ortofotos&SERVICE=WMS&VERSION=1.1.1&REQUEST=GetMap&STYLES=&FORMAT=image%2Fjpeg&SRS=EPSG%3A4326&BBOX=-14.0625,26.71875,-12.65625,28.125&WIDTH=256&HEIGHT=256"

Alguien me podría decir como hacerlo?
