[Spanish] WMTS ICV

Hola,

Estoy intentando visualizar con Openlayers 3 la capa WMTS del ICV
correspondiente al mapa topografico:

http://terramapas.icv.gva.es/topografico/wmts?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMTS

El caso es que me sale un mensaje de error del tipo 'received wmts request
with invalid TILEMATRIXSET EPSG:4326' :

http://terramapas.icv.gva.es/topografico/wmts?Layer=topografico&Style=default&TileMatrixSet=EPSG%3A4326&Service=WMTS&Request=GetTile&Version=1.0.0&Format=image%2Fpng&TileMatrix=EPSG%3A4326%3A12&TileCol=2035&TileRow=577

Lo he revisado varias veces y no encuentro el error. Con otras capas (PNOA o
Mapa Base del IGN no he tenido problema para visualizarlas).
