[SriLanka] Training Programme on OSGEO - University of Moratuwa

Dear All,

I am happy to announce about a training program on OSGeo , offered by the
Town and Country Planning Department , University of Moratuwa.
*QGIS, Web-GIS, * *OSM*, *Temporal GIS* *, OSHW and other Osgeo Tools* are
some topics to explore there.
It will be held on weekends at the newly formed OSGeo lab of University of
Moratuwa. It will be mainly conducted by international experts of OSGeo
tools while few Sri Lankan resource persons also support them.
