[SriLanka] OSGeo Sri Lanka AGM 2020

Dear members of OSGeo Sri Lanka,

We are planning to meet and discuss about the future topics related to our
society on 20th February, 2020 (Thursday) at 6.00 pm. The venue is not
finalized yet, but it will be at Wellawatta (Baracuda or The Station
Restaurant), which we will inform you by Monday. Basically we need to
discuss about

1. Confirming the interim executive committee and appoint new committee
members if any

2.Registration the chapter as a society in Sri Lanka

3. Finalizing the constitution as per society registration requirements of
Sri Lanka

4. Organizing SotM Asia 2020 event in October/November

5.Future events of OSGeo Sri Lanka chapter

We have sent you an invitation as a Google Ca lender Event and it would be
highly appreciated if you could notify your availability at the event.
