OpenSearch Geo is supposed to be going through the OGC "fast track" 
process (like KML did?) quite soon. Thought the draft was in sync1!
DeWitt Clinton maintains the OpenSearch site and i have sent him updates 
in the past. It should be the same.

Do you have the wording to hand?
