[OSGeo-Standards] [Board] Status of the 10 OGC slots for OSGeo members

Arnulf,
This question is back up for discussion at the OSGeo Board meeting [1] 
in half a day.(13th of September 2012 at 12:00 UTC

)
Last time we left the conversation we wanted to find out from yourself 
what has been agreed to be the process for handing out OGC membership 
tokens, and have such guidelines encoded into a wiki.

Could you please weigh in on this conversation.
