I support your application and have added you as a current applicant
to the list at:

The next step is that OGC will contact you for the formal details and
create an account for you to access the OGC portal.
Jeff,
your term is coming to an end in two weeks. Please let us know whether
you would like to continue for another term and (please consider)
commenting on what you did and plan to do through our OGC slots (just
a few paragraphs). The other current members are Gerald Fenoy and
Dimitris Kotzinos (please also feel free to let us know if or what you
have been doing).
