Dear Madams and Sirs,

Two weeks ago we have informed you about stakeholder consultation about 
Open Source Software and Standardisation, which is one component of the 
'OSS & FRAND in standardisation' project on behalf of the Joint Research 
Centre of the European Commission.

First of all I would like to thank those, who already responded to the 
survey. Although we have received already a significant number of 
answers, we would like to encourage those being not yet to provide their 
answers to the questionnaire by extending the deadline significantly.

Now, we would be pleased to receive your completed questionnaire *before 
4^th January 2019.*
