[OSGeo-Standards] Request for an OGC personal membership

Dear Bruce and Jeff

I have seen that there should be still one free slot of OSGeo OGC
Personal Membership. I'd love represent OSGeo in the internal OGC
processes and getting more involved in OGC activities related to
metadata catalogue and big data integration in SDI. Please let me know
if this would be possible.

My background is web GIS, with OSGeo projects in the GeoNode orbit,
and to a lesser extent with GDAL, MapServer and QGIS.
