[OSGeo-Standards] OGC Coverage Processing and Analysis API Sprint 06-07 January 2020

Hi all: in conjunction with the 2020 ESIP Winter Meeting in the US, the OGC
will be having a sprint to move forward coverages, processing and common
as part of the OGC API efforts.

If previous OGC API sprints/hackathons are any indication, this will be a great
2 days of development on standards which touch many OSGeo projects.

More information is available at [1].  Note I will inquire about
remote participation.
