[OSGeo-Standards] OGC membership selection committee

Hi all:

As you may be aware, part of our OSGeo/OGC MOU includes management of membership
slots via a selection committee.  We are looking for an additional
volunteer to be a part of the
selection committee [1].

The role would help with managing OSGeo's OGC membership slots, which
will also help
our MOU review exercise [2].
