[OSGeo-Standards] Proposal to accept Memorandum of Understanding between OSGeo and OGC.

Further to my email of 26 October 21 [1].


This email is to advise the OSGeo Standards List that:
 
The Members of the OSGeo/OGC MOU team [2] intend to advise the OSGeo Board to accept the proposed Memorandum of Understanding between OSGeo and OGC.

This revised MOU is described at [3].


We will allow a further seven days for any final comment prior to making this recommendation to the Board.
