[OSGeo-Standards] OGC Standards in QGIS Contributor meeting

Hi all,

The 25th QGIS Contributor Meeting[1] will take place in 
's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, the weekend before the Open Standards 
and Open Software Code Sprint[2]. Luckily, the schiphol airport, in the 
Netherlands is only a 90 minute flight from Geneva.

This is a great opportunity to create some synergies between the QGIS 
developer community and OGC, and even start some preparatory work in 
QGIS, before the code sprint. On Friday, there is a scheduled session[3] 
about the support to OGC API in QGIS.
