[OSGeo-Standards] Standards Committee meeting 17 September 11h UTC

Hi all: it's been quite some time since the Standards Committee has had a
meeting.  Given recent updates and activities in OGC, it's a good time to
touch base, catch up and discuss current state and future
planning/potential opportunities regarding OSGeo/OGC collaboration.

The next Standards Committee meeting will be on 17 September 2025 at 11h
UTC.  Details/agenda can be found in [1].  Please feel free to add/update
the agenda accordingly.
