[OSGeo-Standards] Joint OGC-OSGeo-ASF Code Sprint

Hi All,

The yearly Joint OGC-OSGeo-ASF Code Sprint 
<https://events.ogc.org/5JointOGC-OSGeo-ASFCodeSprint> will take place 
in Fort Collins, Colorado (United States) on January 27-29. This event 
is hosted by OGC, along with its alliance partners: OSGeo and the Apache 
Software Foundation (ASF) and thus will include software implementations 
from those organizations.

OSGeo projects that plan to join the sprint, are encouraged to advertise 
their attendance here

and by presenting a tutorial at the mentor stream
