[OSGeo-Standards] Upcoming OGC Code Sprint - March 2025

Good morning,

Registrations are open for the OGC Open Standards Code Sprint, on March 
25-27. All APIs and encodings are in scope for this code sprint.

This code sprint will feature an hybrid model, where participants will 
be able to join the sprint in-person from nodes in Lisbon and Bangalore:

Everywhere else, participants are welcome to join online. On the 13th of 
March, there will be an online webinar to set up the context for the sprint.
