Not many new features since last seen.  A lot of new layers in our
install though.   Some thoughts on some new capabilities have been
percolating.  Also I would like to talk about how best to descibe the
GISmo install and how best to showcase it's features.  Only about 20-30
minutes worth of material at this point.   The what-if's could go longer
I suppose.
