Release the Moose?

All,

Well, for what my opinions worth, I like all of these.

Although I think I prefer simply, "Moose".  Kinda has that "Pig's Eye"
irreverence sound to it.  The Minnesota connection is certainly there as
well.

While we used the code to build against MapServer, there's no reason any
other Image service couldn't be used just as easily, or even in
combination with MapServer.
