I tend to agree, but Dakota County and Richland County still feel it is
useful.  Basically my take is it can't hurt.

As I said before I don't think it's worth the time or even makes sense 
to attach this letter.
Most of the folks that could sign the thing are already part of the 
proposal. Why send a
letter where you are supporting your own proposal? I mean, I would hope 
you'd support it!
